• The following is an example of a CO Group Summary Report - Yesterday’s total:
OPERATION / SETUP
To print the CO Traffic Summary Report from the Main Attendant station:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM].
2. Enter 0128, then select the Measurement Time type.
3. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to generate the report.
To print the CO Traffic Hourly Report from the Main Attendant station:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM].
2. Enter 0129, then the CO group number.
3. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to generate the report.
Hardware (H/W) Unit Reports
This report provides statistics for analysis regarding the usage and availability of various
system HW resources (such as DTMF Receiver, VMIB, and CPTU).
CONDITIONS
• This report includes the following information:
- Type - the type of H/W unit being measured.
- Number of Unit - the total number of installed H/W units
- Analysis Start Hour - the time at which recording of data began or the hour with the
highest Peak Req. measurement
- Total Requests - The total number of call processing requests (system-wide) during
the designated time period (hour) involving DTMF, CPTU, and VMIB.
- Total Demand - The total number of denied requests (system-wide) during the
designated time period (hour) because there were no H/W unit available.
