CO Reports
There are two CO Reports available for analysis of CO line group status:
• CO Traffic Summary Report - provides statistics for the status of a designated CO group.
• Call Hourly Report - Provides a information regarding hourly CO traffic patterns for the
past 24 hour period
CONDITIONS
• The CO Traffic Summary report includes the following information:
- Peak Hour for All CO Groups - provides the time period (in hours) that has the largest
total usage for all CO groups for a specific day
- Group Number - identifies each CO group associated with the displayed data. Group
numbers are displayed in numeric (ascending) order
- Number of CO - the number of CO lines in a particular group
- Analysis Start Hour - the time at which recording of data began
- Total Usage - Total usage for all CO lines in a particular CO group (including the total
time that the CO lines are busy during the measurement period.
NOTE: Total usage counts each time a CO line is seized for use by both incoming and
outgoing calls.
- Total Attempt - the number of attempted incoming and outgoing calls for a particular
CO group
- Incoming Attempt - the number of attempted incoming calls for a particular CO group
- Outgoing Attempt - the number of outgoing call attempt in the CO group.
- Group Overflow - the number of calls for a particular CO group that were not
completed (not including calls denied because of an authorization issue)
- Percentage All CO Busy - the percentage of time that all CO lines in the CO group are
simultaneously in use during the specified time period.
- Percentage Fail to Attempt Outgoing - the percentage of outgoing calls that were not
completed by the CO group (not including calls denied because of an authorization
issue, or unanswered calls)
• The CO Traffic Summary report includes statistical information for the following time
periods:
- Last Hour
- Today’s peak time
- Yesterday's peak time
- Yesterday's total
- Today's total
