• The Call Hourly report includes the following fields/information:
- Analysis Start Hour - the time at which recording of data began
- Number of Calls Completed - the total number of calls completed or answered during
the designated hour
• The following is an example of a Call Summary Report
OPERATION / SETUP
To print the Call Summary Report from the Main Attendant station:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then enter one of the following:
0125 = Call Summary Report
0126 = Call Hourly Report
2. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to generate the report.
