• The following is an example of an Attendant Traffic Report - Yesterday’s Total
OPERATION / SETUP
To print the Attendant Traffic Report at the main Attendant station:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM].
2. Dial 0124.
3. Select Measurement Time type.
4. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to generate the report.
Call Reports
There are two Call Reports available for analysis of system call status.
• Call Summary Report - Monitors all daily call traffic
• Call Hourly Report - Provides a list of calls for the past 24 hour period for analysis of
possible call overload
CONDITIONS
• The Call Summary report includes call status information for the following time periods:
