Supplementary Service
Message Wait Notification to Mobile Extension (SIP Trunks only)
When a voice mail message is left at a station, the system can be set up to send notification to
a mobile phone.
CONDITIONS
• This setting is dependent upon the SMS setting in ADMIN PROGRAMMING.
(SMS is not supported at this time.)

Use PGM 236 … see 1-238.
OPERATION / SETUP
To activate/deactivate message wait notification to a mobile phone:
1. Press [PGM], then enter 37.
2. Press 1 to enable, or 0 to disable.
3. Press [HOLD] to store the setting.
Traffic Analysis
The system can monitor and print various system activities at the request of the main Attendant.
The information can be used to:
• Monitor and evaluate system performance
• Observe current usage and take any necessary corrective actions
• Anticipate possible CO line issues
• Determine the need for system updates and upgrades
CONDITIONS
• The traffic data is sent to a computer via an RS-232C serial port or a LAN (refer to the
SBX IP 320 Installation Guide).
• The system supports the following traffic reports.
