• The format of an individual lost call record is shown below, and includes results for various
types of lost calls:
- H = represents an answered incoming call transferred to another station, that was
disconnected by the caller before the transferred-to station answered. It can also
represent a held call that was disconnected by the caller.
- R = represents a Direct call (DID) to a station, that was disconnected by the caller
before the station answered. It can also represent a DID call to station (A), that was
automatically forwarded to another station (B), because the DID station (A) did not
answer, but was disconnected by the caller before station (B) answered.
