OPERATION / SETUP
To print the SMDR:
1. Activate the PC utility program on a networked PC.
2. Connect the serial port of MBU to the serial port of the PC with the RS-232C cable.
At the Attendant Station:
3. Press [TRANS/PGM], then enter 0111 (for Station Base) or 0113 (for Group Base).
4. Enter the station or group range.
The SMDR prints via the connected computer.
To delete an SMDR:
Press [TRANS/PGM], then enter 0112 (for Station Base) or 0114 (for Group Base).
To abort SMDR printing:
Press [TRANS/PGM], then enter 0116.
Print-out - Lost Call
A Lost Call in the SBX IP 320 is defined as one that the caller terminates (hangs up) before the
call is answered.
CONDITIONS
• This print out is only possible if:
- the system is connected to a computer via an RS-232C serial connection.
- each lost call is automatically sent to a computer (via the serial connection) as each
lost call occurs.
- SMDR record/SMDR field is enabled in ADMIN PROGRAMMING.
• Lost Call details are not saved.
• To activate the SMDR record, the SMDR field must be set in ADMIN PROGRAMMING.
