Station Message Detail Recording (SMDR) 1-201
Chapter 1: Basic System Features
SBX IP Programming & Operations Guide
• Only Calling Party numbers [NO] are displayed in the [STA] field.
• Only the number of the station number that receives an intercom call is displayed in the
DIALED field.
• The ICM SMDR record format is same as the existing SMDR record format.
• The ICM HUNT Call SMDR record is same as ICM Call.
• The following features can be included in the SMDR:
- Paging calls: the paging station number appears in the STA field, and station number
that is paged appears in the [DIALED] field.
- ICM Conference Room calls: the station numbers that enter the Conference Room
appear in STA field, while the Conference room number appears in the [DIALED] field
(for example [Conf Rm 1]).
- Conference feature: the station that initiates the conference appears in the STA field,
while the Conference members appear in the [DIALED] field.
- ICM activity: the ICM SMDR SAVE option must be enabled, and for printout purposes,
the ICM SMDR PRINT option must be enabled in ADMIN PROGRAMMING.
• An SMDR can be printed from a station in Hands free or Private mode.
• The ICM call Parking feature is printed as two records; the station that receives and parks
the call, then the station that retrieves the call. Park Ringback is printed as another record.
The SMDR will only include the timing of both of these activities, but will not include the
calculated SMDR time.
