Group Call Pick Up
CONDITIONS
Intercom calls, incoming CO Lines, recalling CO Lines and transferred CO Lines can be all
supported for Group Pick Up. An intercom call cannot be picked up at a station in Hold or
Park mode.
A CO line, CO or {POOL} button is required to pick-up a CO Line call.
Queued callback and private line calls cannot be picked up.
This feature can be used to answer intercom calls to a Doorbox (see 1-93).
When several calls are queued at a station or Hunt Group, the pick-up order depends on
Pick-up Priority set in ADMIN PROGRAMMING.
When the same types of CO lines are queued, the CO line that has been queued the
longest is picked up first.
This feature is only allowed within the Intercom Tenancy Group to which both the ringing
and answering station belong. A station cannot pick up any call ringing at a station that
belongs to "denied" Intercom Tenancy Group set in ADMIN PROGRAMMING.
