To Transfer a Call Directly to Voicemail:
1. While on a call, press [TRANS/PGM] to put the current call on hold.
2. Press [CALLBACK], then enter the destination voicemail box number.
3. When the voicemail answers, hang up to complete the transfer.
Transferring Calls Using an SLT Phone
CONDITIONS
• SLT phones can only transfer calls to other stations within the same system. Transfer to
external numbers is not supported.
• When the transferring station has DSS with a button that corresponds to the destination
station (to which the call is being transferred), LED of corresponding DSS button flashes.
• If the station to which a call is being transferred is busy, a hook-flash can be performed to
reconnect to the calling party.

Set Hold Recall Timer
Use PGM 180, then FLEX 5 … see page 1-10.
Set Attendant Recall Timer
Use PGM 180, then FLEX 1 … see page 1-10.
Enable No Touch Answer
OPERATION / SETUP
To transfer a call using an SLT phone:
1. Lift the handset.
2. Perform a hook-switch.
The intercom dial tone sounds, the CO Line is placed on exclusive hold (see "Hold" on
page 1-184), and the Transfer Recall timer is activated.
3. Enter the station to which the call is to be transferred.
No Touch Answer -- if value is set to ON, the station can
respond to a transferred CO call automatically when station
mode is Hands-free or Privacy mode.
