OPERATION / SETUP
To transfer a call to another station or outside number:
1. While on a call, press [TRANS/PGM] to put the current call on hold.
2. If the call is being transferred to another station (internal), enter the station or hunt
group to which the call is to be transferred.
-or-
If the call is being transferred to an outside number, seize a CO line, then enter the
number to which the call is to be transferred.
For a Screened Transfer:
3. Wait for the destination phone to answer.
4. Make an announcement about the call, then hang up to complete the transfer.
NOTE: If the destination phone is busy or doesn’t answer, press [TRANS/PGM] to
reconnect to the caller.

For an Unscreened Transfer:
5. Wait for destination to ring, then hang up before it is answered to complete transfer.
Transfer Recall Timer -- designates the amount of time a
transferred call will ring at a transferred-to Station, and
how long it will recall at the transferring Station.
