Call Forward
A station user can forward calls to any station, Station Group, or VMIB in the system. There are
several types of Call Forwarding features:
- Unconditional - forwards calls to another destination no matter what the status of the
called station is (for example, on or off hook, busy, DND, no answer, etc.).
- Busy - forwards calls when the called station is busy (off hook/DND)
- No Answer - forwards calls when there is no answer at the called station (within the
preset time - see ADMIN PROGRAMMING).
- Busy/No Answer - forwards calls when the called station is busy (off hook/DND) or
when there is no answer (within the preset time - see ADMIN PROGRAMMING).
- Follow-me - Forward - specify an extension to which you want all your calls
automatically forwarded.
