To assign Meet-me Page at a Flex button:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then press the Flex button to be assigned.
2. Enter 544, then press [HOLD/SAVE] to store the setting.
To respond a Meet-me Page:
1. Lift the handset.
2. Enter 544 (the Meet-me Page code).
NOTE: For a Nomad IP, enter 544, then press [Send].
3. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to connect to the paging party.
Pre-recorded (VMIB) Message
You can record a VMIB message for paging.
CONDITIONS
• The handset must be lifted to both record and send a VMIB message for paging.
• If a recorded message is stored, it will be sent over the paging system. However, if no
message is stored, the user's "live" page can be made.

OPERATION / SETUP
To record a VMIB paging message:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then enter 65.
The announcement "Press # button to record" plays. Or, if there is already a stored
message, the recorded message plays.
2. Press # button to start recording (a new message and/or overwrite existing message).
The announcement "Record your message" and the confirmation tone sounds.
3. Record the message for use when paging.
4. Press [HOLD/SAVE] or [SPEAKER] to store the message.
A confirmation tone sounds.
Paging Timeout Timer -- designates the maximum time
for a page. The system will automatically disconnect the
page when the timer expires.
