To use this feature on a digital phone, the phone must have a labeled [REDIAL] button or
a programmed {Redial} flex key.
To use this feature on analog CO Lines, Call Progress Tone Detection Units (CPTU) must
be applied.
When a predefined CO Line is busy in ACNR mode, an available CO Line within the same
group is used.

Set ACNR Pause Timer
Set ACNR Delay Timer
Enable ACNR Tone Detect Timer (analog CO lines only)
Set ACNR No Answer Timer
Set ACNR Retry Counter
Set ACNR Tone Cadence

ACNR Pause Timer -- when the ANCR Pause Timer
expires, ACNR is activated.

station is made, the CPTU attempts to detect the valid
