• Internal LCR is applied if the dialed digits are matched with one of leading digits, and
FLEX 2 is set to INT or BOTH.
• Loop LCR is applied if the dialed digits match one of the leading digits, and if FLEX 2 is set
to COL or BOTH.
• Direct CO LCR is applied if the dialed digits match one of the leading digits, and if FLEX 2
is set to COL or BOTH. In addition, the secured CO Line must belong to the CO Group
programmed in DMT.
• To use Loop LCR and Direct CO LCR differently with the same leading digits, there should
be a leading digit entry for loop LCR before the leading digits for direct CO LCR. It is
possible to set up for direct CO LCR if the DMT index for loop LCR is set to a smaller
value than the DMT index.
• When direct CO LCR is applied to an ISDN CO, an ISDN Information message is sent to
the network when a user dials a digit. The message contains the called party IE, and
includes the numbering plan and numbering type. This information prevents the network
from disconnecting the line.
• For direct CO LCR, leading digits must be programmed in consideration with the dial tone
timing provided by the network.
• Direct CO LCR does not use an alternative DMT index when a CO Line is already
accessed.
• LCR always takes higher priority than the Flexible Numbering Plan Table.
• LCR can be used in the following instances:
- dialing after accessing a CO Line by dialing a CO Line access code (0 or 0) only
- dialing after accessing a CO Line by pressing the CO button
- dialing without accessing a CO Line
- Speed Dialing
- Off-net Call Forward
- Redial (if the previous call used LCR)
- ACNR (if the call used LCR to activating ACNR)
• Any leading digit string at the LDT table can be a sub-string of another leading digit string
(such as 012 and 0123).
• Capacity for the LCR Table is as follows: three day zones and three time zones
• Additional maximum numbers:
- dialed code bins: 250 bins
- modification code bins: 100 bins
- dialed digits: 12 digits
- added digits: 25 digits
- alternative DMT index: 1 ea
