OPERATION / SETUP
To use DISA Line Assignment:
1. Select the DISA Line you want to use.
2. When the tone or announcement sounds, dial appropriate station/ hunt group number.
3. After a connection with the system is made, dial the CO Access Code (see 1-146) to
call outside of the system (that is, by securing a CO Line).
Preferred Line Answer (PLA)
This feature allows you to determine the order that calls will be answered if/when there are
several CO Line calls (transferred, recalled, queued, or normal incoming call) coming into the
system all at one time.
CONDITIONS
The default setting for answer order is: 1st) Transferred Call, 2nd) Recalled Call, 3rd)
Normal Incoming Call, and 4th) CO Line Queued Call.
The Automatic Speaker Select feature should be enabled (see ADMIN PROGRAMMING).

Priority Line Answer (PLA) -- if value is set to ON, the
station user can answer calls according to designated
priority.
