DID/DISA Call Routing for Station in DND or Pre-selected Message
Mode
A DID/DISA call can be routed (forwarded) to a specific destination when a called station is in
DND or in Pre-selected message mode.
There are three destinations available for re-routing the call:
Tone - caller will hear a busy tone.
Attendant - caller will be routed to the attendant
Hunt Group - call will be routed to a designated hunt group
CONDITIONS
The flow is the same for DID/DISA as the other destinations set for DID call routing (see
1-123).
If [P-MSG DND] Admin is enabled, rerouted flow is the same as Busy. However, if [P-MSG
DND] Admin is disabled, the route operation doesn't work even though the station is
Pre-Selected MSG state.
If calls routed to a hunt group, hunt group rules will be applied - see 1-96.
