Incoming Call Pickup 1-129
Chapter 1: Basic System Features
SBX IP Programming & Operations Guide
• The ICLID Table (Incoming CLI Destination Table) has two fields, one is the CLID field,
and the other is the Destination Index field. The Destination Index field represents an
index number within the DID Conversion Table (PGM 231).
• If the CLI from an external call matches the number in the CLID field, the call is then cued
to reference the Destination Index field. It will then reference the registered destination of
the index from the DID Conv Table.
• The ICLID Table is an auto-sorted table. Therefore, when the CLI and Conv Table index
number are entered, they are saved and automatically sorted.
• If a saved CLI number is the same as that in another field's CLI, the system changes
corresponding the Conv Table index field.
• If a CLI field is erased, the Conv-Table index will also be erased.
• The ICLID Table can be initialized (see ADMIN PROGRAMMING).
• If the ICLID Usage option of a CO line is disabled, the CO line will not be checked against
ICLID tables. Only a CO line with the ICLID Usage option enabled, can be associated with
the ICLID feature.
• An asterisk (*) can be used as a "wildcard" digit in the CLI field. If a wildcard is associated,
only registered numbers before the wildcard (*) will be compared to the received CLI
number. If all numbers before the wildcard match, the corresponding call will be handled
via the ICLID feature.
• A call can be rerouted to a destination according to the incoming CLI:
- This call will be analyzed with ICLID Table.
- If the CLI of this call matches a registered CLI field, then the system references the
DID Conv Table with the saved index.
- This call will be delivered to the specific destination designated by the ICLID Index
Table.
