Incoming Call Pickup 1-128
Chapter 1: Basic System Features
SBX IP Programming & Operations Guide
OPERATION / SETUP
To make a DID call by DID Digit Conversion:
1. Set the DID Digit Receive Number (for this example, set it to 3).
2. Set the DID Conversion Type to 0, then press enter digits to be used:
# = ignore the number
0 to 9 = the number will be converted to this digit
* = is a "wildcard": the number in this location doesn’t matter
EXAMPLE: If you enter #1**, the first number will be ignored, the second number will be
converted to a 1, and the third and fourth digits won’t matter. So, a number
entered as 1600 will be converted to 1100.
To make a DID call using the Flexible DID Table:
1. Set the DID Digit Receive Number (the number of digits the system will recognize).
2. Set the DID Conversion Type to 2.
3. Program Flexible DID Table as appropriate.
DID Call Routing with Incoming CLI
An incoming DID destination can be associated with the incoming CLI. If a CLI number is
registered and assigned a destination within the Incoming CLI Destination Table, all DID calls
with this CLI will be routed to the corresponding destination.
CONDITIONS
This feature is supported only when the CO type is set as DID.
This feature is executed first, when system receives a DID call with CLI.
