Incoming Call Pickup 1-121
Chapter 1: Basic System Features
SBX IP Programming & Operations Guide
• Each voice mail announcement must be assigned a value within the CCR table. Of the
system announcement (01) isn't assigned any value in the CCR table, the call will be
routed to the designated DID/DISA destination. See ADMIN PROGRAMMING.
• To set up the voice mail prompt option, see ADMIN PROGRAMMING.
• If there is no answer at a destination station and the DID/DISA No-Answer timer expires,
the call is routed to the designated No-Answer destination, and ignores the retry count
(see ADMIN PROGRAMMING).
