Incoming Call Pickup
CO Line Name
This feature provides the ability to identify each CO line by giving it a "name".When a CO line
is assigned a name, the name will appear on station displays when the CO line is accessed.
CONDITIONS
• SMDR reports will not use the CO line name. Instead, it uses the associated CO line
number.
• Each CO Line name can contain up to 12 characters.
• If the CO Line Name Display disabled, the CO Line name will not be displayed.

Customer Call Routing (CCR) with Voice Mail
Using Direct Inward Dialing and Direct Inward System Access (DID/DISA), Customer Call
Routing (CCR) is feature allows a caller to reach a destination within the system by pressing
only one digit. When voice mail is set up for CCR, callers will hear the voice mail announcement
that gives them a choice of destinations (that is, the caller may select a destination based on
the information presented in the announcement).
CONDITIONS
• To use this feature for DID, voice mail should be assigned for Flexible DID Destination
(see ADMIN PROGRAMMING).
• The CCR feature is only supported for DID and DISA.
CO Line Name Display -- if value is set to ON and the CO line
name is assigned, the name displays on the station LCD when
the station receives an incoming CO call through the CO Line.
