To print UCD Statistics:
1. Press a programmed {UCD Status} button:
A menu of options is displayed:
1 (Status) / 2 (Dbase) / 3 (Duty) / # (Print)
2. Press # to select the Print option.
3. Press [MUTE] to initialize the database (that is, to prevent overlap of future reports).
NOTE: While in the reporting status (1), the supervisor can initialize all stored report
information in the database by pressing [MUTE]. When the {UCD} soft button
is pressed while the station is in any sub-state, the station goes to (2) state.
Group Statistics report example includes:
- UCD GROUP INFORMATION (*620 GRP)-
- Date: 07/15/08 Time: 05:40:07
- Total Calls: 2
- Unanswered Calls: 2
- All STA Busy Count: 2
- Average Ringing Time: 00Min 00Sec
- Average Service Time: 00Min 00Sec
- All STA Busy Time: 01Min 17Sec
- Calls in Queue, Now: 0
UCD Agent Information
To access Agent Duty Status (Agent Statistics):
1. Press the [Supervisor Status] flex button.
The UCD menu options are displayed.
2. Press 3 to select the UCD Duty option.
Duty options are displayed.
3. Press 1 to display the Duty Status information for the first agent in the list.
4. Use * or # to display information for the next agent in the list.

5. Use the up and down navigation buttons to view additional information for each agent:
- Duty Status
- Agent Name
- Total Calls
