OPERATION / SETUP
To program a flex button for {UCD Status}:
1. From a Supervisor
phone, press [TRANS/PGM], then the flex button to be assigned.
2. Press [TRANS/PGM], then 8*.
3. Enter UCD Group No to be associated with the assigned flex button.
4. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to store the setting.
To program a flex button for {UCD DND}:
1. From a UCD member Agent
phone, press [TRANS/PGM], then the flex button to be
assigned.
2. Enter the group number.
To enable/disable UCD-DND for an UCD agent station:
IMPORTANT: A {UCD DND} flex button must be programmed for this feature.
Press the {UCD-DND} flex button to toggle this setting on and off.
The {UCD-DND} LED lights when the setting is enabled.
Supervisor Functions
To re-route queued calls with answer by the supervisor:
IMPORTANT: A {UCD Group} flex button must be programmed for this feature.
1. Press the flashing {UCD Group} button.
The first queued incoming CO call is routed to the supervisor.
2. Lift the handset to answer the call.
To re-route queued calls without answering:
This function follows the normal operation for the DSS button feature assigned to "station
group". The DSS LED of the {UCD Group} button flashes when there are queued calls.
IMPORTANT: An {UCD Group} flex button must be programmed for this feature.
1. When the {UCD Group} button flashes, enter 564 (that is, the "No Answer" code).
2. Enter the destination station or press the {DSS} soft button (if available and
appropriate) to which the first queued call should be rerouted.
To monitor an agent's conversation from the UCD supervisor station:
IMPORTANT: A {UCD Group} flex button must be programmed for this feature.
1. Dial the busy agent station.
2. At the busy tone, press the {UCD Status} flex button.
Monitoring begins (the supervisor can hear, but not speak to the agent).
