• Agents can use Hot Desk to login and logout (see "Hot Desk on page 1-59).
• A UCD Supervisor can activate two-way recording when monitoring an agent's
conversation.
• Queue Information of Queuing Call count automatically appears on the supervisor’s
station display, as well as on the agents’ displays.
• An overflow station may be assigned to route queued callers to a designated station after
a specified time. The overflow station does not have to be a member of the UCD group.
The overflow station can be forwarded.
• The DSS LED of the {UCD Group} will flash faster as the number of queued calls
increases:
- Off = 0 callers in queue
- 60 ipm = 1to 3 callers
- 120 ipm = 4 to 6 callers
- 240 ipm = 7 or more callers

Set UCD Hunt Group Attributes
Use PGM 191 … see page 1-105.
Enable UCD Print (print UCD statistics periodically)
UCD Call Distribution Print Enable -- if value is set to ON, UCD
printing is available.
NOTE: If this option is enabled, the ON-Demand print format
is not used. Instead, the Periodic format is printed.
