OPERATION / SETUP
To activate the conference room feature:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then 43.
2. Designate the Conference Room Number (1-9).
3. Enter the 5-digit password, as needed (optional).
-and/or-
Press [HOLD/SAVE] to save the setting.
To deactivate a conference room:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then 44.
2. Enter the number of the conference room to be deactivated (1-9).
3. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to complete the setting.
To join a conference room from an internal station:
1. Dial the activated conference room number (571-579).
2. Enter the 5-digit password for entering conference room, if required.
To Transfer CO Call to conference room from an Attendant Station:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then dial the activated Conference Room Number (571-579).
2. Enter the 5-digit password for entering conference room, if required.
To check Conference Room status from an Attendant Station:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then 047.
2. Enter the number of the conference room number to be checked (1-9).
Attendant LCD displays the number of members currently in the conference room.
To delete room from an Attendant Station:
1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then 048.
2. Enter the number of the room to be deleted (1-9).
3. Press [HOLD/SAVE] to delete the designated room.
