SBX IP 320 Features & Operation Guide
• Saved User database information includes:
• Station Number
• Station Attributes (PGM 111 - 124)
• CO Routing (Ring Assign, DID routing)
• Hunt Group Membership
• Voice Mail
• If user tries to log-in at another station without logging-out of a dummy Station, the
previous used Station returns to the dummy state automatically.
• The hot-desk will automatically log-off if there is no activity at the DKTU within the
Auto Log-Out Timer.
• The button map of the hot-desk will not be changed even though a User logs-on to a
different type of DKTU (it is recommended that the same type of DKTU is used for the
Hot-Desk Station).
• Only DKTUs (with more than 12 buttons) and WKTs can be used as dummy stations.
• The modem associated with the Station cannot log in (PGM 170).
• When the System reset happens, all login agents are automatically logged-out.
