To change the user greeting:
1. Dial 2 in the main menu of Remote VMIB control mode.
2. While the User greeting is being played, press the # key to record a new user greeting.
3. Record the new user greeting.
4. Press the * key when the recording is finished and you are returned to the main menu.
To release Call Forward to VMIB mode:
1. Dial 3 in the main menu of Remote VMIB control mode.
2. The VMIB forward mode of the station is released.
To exit VMIB Control mode:
Dial * in the main menu of Remote VMIB control mode.
Conditions
• If you press the * key while operating in a sub-menu, the system goes to the main control
menu.
• If you do not enter any digit for the length of time set for the Inter-digit timer, the
connection is dropped automatically.
• If VMIB User Record Timer expires while recording a user greeting, the recording is
finished and you are returned to the main menu.
