SENDING OTHER TEXT MESSAGES
In addition to the “Call Me” text message that you can send to
someone who is on or away from their phone, you can send a pre-
programmed message (from the existing list) or create a custom
message.
If you place a call to an extension and get no answer or hear
a busy signal the following appears on the display:

2) Press
preprog to display:
SENDING A PRE-PROGRAMMED MESSAGE
Follow steps 1 and 2 above.
3) Press
next until the appropriate message is displayed.
4) Press the softkey that corresponds to the message you want
to send it to the destination extension.
