• You will hear the caller leaving the message and the following is
displayed:
3) Press answer to immediately connect to the caller and remove
them from the voice mailbox.
• The voice mail button LED goes out.
OR
Press
exit to leave (ignore) the caller in the voice mailbox to
finish recording their message.
• Your extension returns to the idle status.
