MAKING INTERCOM (INTERNAL) CALLS
1) Dial the extension number.
OR
Press the (pre-programmed) DSS button of the extension
that you want to call.
HINT
To call the attendant (operator), press 0.
• Also remember that while 0 is the default for the
attendant, your System Administrator may have
changed it.
USING CALL BACK
Call Back has two options:
• CO
This allows you to reserve a busy outside line.
• Extension
You can use this to automatically call back an extension that
is busy (see page 48).
CALL BACK – CO LINE
This feature allows you to queue a busy outside line and reserve that
outside line for use when it becomes available. This feature
eliminates the need for you to observe the line status continually for
availability. You may have only one Call Back active at any time.
If all the outside access lines are busy (solid red LED):
1) Press one of the outside line or outside line group buttons.
