REVERTING TO DEFAULT SETTINGS
You can clear all active modes at your extension (Call Forward, Do
Not Disturb, etc.) and return your extension settings to the factory
default.
1) Press Func + 6 + 9. The display shows the following screen
to confirm.
2) Press
go to clear the custom settings.
• You hear a confirmation tone when the operation is complete.
CHANGING YOUR EXTENSION PASSWORD
All extensions of the DX-80/120 system have an associated User
Password. Passwords are used to use Phone Lock, Call Forward
Remote, and Attendant features. Your password length is from four
to eight characters and is determined in system programming. For
more details on password length, see your System Administrator.
To change your extension password, perform the following steps.
1) Press Func + 9 + 7 to display:

3) Press the
show soft key to display:

5) Enter the new password.
6) Press the
save soft key to store the new password.
