1) Press Func + 2 or the feature button designated as CALL
FWD (if available) to display:

6) Enter the extension number from which you want calls
forwarded.
7) Press
save to display:
8) Select the type of busy calls you want to forward.
• co = outside line incoming or transferred calls
• icm/co = both intercom and outside line calls
• icm = intercom calls only
Once you select the setting:
• The following appears on the display:
