1) Press Func + 2 or the feature button designated as CALL
FWD (if available) to display:

busy soft key to display:
3) Enter the extension number to which you want to
forward calls.
4) Press
save to display:
5) Select the type of busy calls you want to forward.
• co = outside line incoming or transferred calls
• icm/co = both intercom and outside line calls
• icm = intercom calls only
Once you select the setting:
You will hear a confirmation tone, your extension will return to idle
and
FWD appears in the middle of the bottom row.
