Function Key Programming (continued)
USING AUTOMATIC LINE SELECTION
This feature allows you to access a specific outside line or intercom
automatically when you lift the handset or press the speakerphone
button.
1) Press Func + 9 + 5 to display the current setting (e.g., ICM =
Intercom).
2) Press the
icm soft key to select Intercom.
3) Press
co to select a specific outside line.
4) Enter the outside line directory number.
HINT
Contact your System Administrator for information
about the directory numbers in use on your system.
5) Press save.
6) Press
co gp to select a specific outside line group.
7) Enter the valid outside line group directory number (see
HINT
above).
8) Press
save.
USING THE BUSY RING OPTIONS
Your phone rings at the lowest volume setting if a call comes in while
you are on the line. You can eliminate this low (busy) ring entirely if
you prefer.

Press Func + # + 2 to set Busy Ring and
