DO NOT DISTURB
DND blocks all outside line and intercom call ringing. You can activate
DND while your telephone is idle or busy. Some extensions with a
higher Class Of Service may override the active DND condition.
When you have activated DND, the phone sounds a special intercom
(stutter) reminder tone when you lift the handset or use the
speakerphone. If you have assigned a button on your cordless phone
specifically for DND, that button lights whenever you activate the
feature.
While your extension is idle:
1) Press Func + 4 to activate the Do Not Disturb feature.
• DO NOT DISTURB appears on the display.
NOTE
When the display reverts back to idle condition, the
DND shows in the bottom row of the display.
To cancel DND:
2) Press Func + 4 a second time to deactivate the Do Not
Disturb feature and momentarily display “
DND DELETE
”.
NOTE
When the display reverts back to idle condition, the
DND disappears from the bottom row of the display.
