Programming Extensions for SMDR Output via PC-DBA (continued)
When you are finished:
4) Click the Update button to store the settings into the database on the local disk.
• Use the procedure shown above to include information about other extensions’ in the SMDR output.
When you are finished:
5) Click the Close button to exit the current screen and return to the PC-DBA main screen.
When you have finished all programming changes:
6) Perform a SEND to copy the database changes to the DX-120 switch system memory.
PROGRAMMING EXTENSIONS FOR SMDR OUTPUT VIA THE DET
NOTE
• chg, bksp, save, one, always, del, and ack are interactive LCD button operations.
Use the three buttons below the LCD display to activate the associated operation.
• You can press Hold at any time to return to the previous level or press the volume
buttons to return to the main DB selection screen.
1) Enter Database Administration (see page 26) using the feature code Feature # * to display the password
prompt.
2) Enter the DB Admin password (see page 27).
3) Press show to display the DB Item Select screen.
4) Enter 01-XXX-19 (where XXX is the extension: 101~204).
5) Press save to display the SMDR Output programming screen for the extension you specified.
6) Press chg to specify whether or not you want information about this extension included in the system
SMDR output.
• Valid options are Y to include this extension in SMDR, or N to exclude it.
• The default is yes (Y) - include this information in the SMDR.
7) Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
• Use the procedure shown above to include information about other extensions’ in the SMDR output.
OR
Press the Hold button to return to the previous menu level.

Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
