Setting up Warning Tones, Incoming Call Drops, Outgoing Call Drops via the DET (continued)
Setting the Drop Out Call option:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 409):
4) Enter 01-XXX-09 (where XXX is the extension: 101~204).
5) Press save to display the Drop Out Call screen.
6) Press chg to specify if you want the system to drop outgoing calls after the warning time has expired.
• Valid options are Y or N.
• The default is N (no) - do NOT use Drop Out Call.
HINT
Set Drop Out Call for other extensions (as needed) using the steps above.
7) Press the Hold button to return to the previous menu level.
OR
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
OR
Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
Setting the Drop In Call option:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 409):
4) Enter 01-XXX-10 (where XXX is the extension: 101~204).
5) Press save to display the Drop In Call screen.
6) Press chg to specify if you want the system to drop incoming calls after the warning time has expired.
• Valid options are Y or N.
• The default is N (no) - do NOT use Drop In Call.

Set Drop In Call for other extensions (as needed) using the steps above.
7) Press the Hold button to return to the previous menu level.
OR
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
