Assigning Extensions to Tenant Groups via PC-DBA (continued)
3) Select the tenant group number for the group you want to assign from the Tenant Group field.
• Valid options are 1, 2, and 3.
• The default is 1.
• If your system is not divided into tenant groups, use group 1.
4) Click the Update button to enter and save your settings into the database on your local disk.
• Program other extensions as needed using the steps above.
When all assignments have been made:
5) Click the Close button to exit the current screen and return to the PC-DBA main screen.
Once all database changes have been completed:
6) Perform a SEND to copy the database changes to the DX-120 switch system memory.
ASSIGNING EXTENSIONS TO TENANT GROUPS VIA THE DET
NOTE
• chg, bksp, save, one, always, del, and ack are interactive LCD button operations.
Use the three buttons below the LCD display to activate the associated operation.
• You can press Hold at any time to return to the previous level or press the volume
buttons to return to the main DB selection screen.
1) Enter Database Administration (see page 26) using the feature code Feature # * to display the password
prompt.
2) Enter the DB Admin password (see page 27).
3) Press show to display the DB Item Select screen.
4) Enter 01-XXX-02 (where XXX is the extension number: 101~204).
5) Press save to display the Tenant Group selection for the extension you specified.
6) Press chg until the tenant group you want to use for this extension displays.
• Valid options are tenant groups 1, 2, or 3.
• The default is 1.
• If your system is not divided into tenant groups, use group 1.
7) Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
• Assign other extensions (as needed) to tenant groups using the steps above.
OR
8) Press the Hold button to return to the previous menu level.

Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
