Set up the UCD Group in the Voice Mail Table (continued)
SET UP THE UCD GROUP IN THE VOICE MAIL TABLE VIA THE DET
NOTE
chg, bksp, save, one, always, del, and ack are interactive LCD button operations.
Use the three buttons below the LCD display to actuate the associated operation.
You can press Hold at any time to return to the previous level or press the volume
buttons to return to the main DB selection screen.
1) Enter Database Administration (see page 26) using the feature code Feature # * to display the password
prompt.
2) Enter the DB Admin password (see page 27).
3) Press show to display the DB Item Select screen.
4) Enter 06-02-0X-01 (where X is the Tenant Group: 1~3).
5) Press save to display the Voice Mail Table for Tenant 1 – Hunt Group.
6) Press chg.
7) Enter the UCD group you want to use as the VM hunt group (i.e., 24).
• The VM hunt group is the UCD group where you have programmed all of the VM type analog ports as
members.
8) Press save to store the setting.
9) Press next to continue programming the various call handling digits (prefix/suffix).
OR
10) Press the Hold button to return to the previous menu level.
OR
Press the Volume button (up or down) to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
OR
Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
C- Activate Automated Attendant for Internal Voice Mail
To activate Automated Attendant, set the answering position to the UCD group directory number that coincides with
voice mail (usually 433, UCD Group 24). See
