VM Hunt Group
Select the voice mail table to reference the UCD group you want to use for
the voice mail ports (e.g., usually 24)
PREFIX TABLE
ICM/VM Button
Enter the prefix numbers that you want the system to use when identifying a
call as originating at the mailbox owner's extension.
Valid codes can include digits 0-9, *, #, and letters A-D.
The default for this field is #2.
Transfer
Enter the prefix numbers that you want the system to use to identify a call as
"transferred" to mailbox.
Valid codes can include digits 0-9, *, #, and letters A-D.
The default for this field is #1.
Busy Forward
Enter the prefix numbers that you want the system to use to identify a call as
"forwarded" from a busy mailbox.
Valid codes can include digits 0-9, *, #, and letters A-D.
The default for this field is #3.
No Ans Forward
Enter the prefix numbers that you want the system to use to identify a call as
"forwarded" from an unanswering mailbox.
Valid codes can include digits 0-9, *, #, and letters A-D.
The default for this field is #4.
Direct Forward
Enter the prefix numbers that you want the system to use to identify a call as
coming directly forwarded from a specific mailbox.
Valid codes can include digits 0-9, *, #, and letters A-D.
The default for this field is #5.
CO Greeting
Enter the prefix numbers that you want the system to use to identify a call as
a specific CO line.
Valid codes can include digits 0-9, *, #, and letters A-D.
The default for this field is #6.
CO Recall
Enter the prefix numbers that you want the system to use to identify a call as
a specific CO line recalling.
Valid codes can include digits 0-9, *, #, and letters A-D.
The default for this field is #9.
UCD Overflow
Enter the prefix numbers that you want the system to use to identify a call as
a UCD overflow announcement.
Valid options include any valid extensions on the system.
The default for this field is #300.
