Setting the UCD Overflow 1 Destination via the DET (continued)
9) Press next to display the UCD Overflow 2 Timer screen (now to go step 6 in “Setting the UCD Overflow 2
Timer:” below).

If you want to set the Overflow 1 Destination for other UCD groups, press the volume
Up button to return to the DB Item Selection screen, and repeat the steps in this
section.
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.

Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
Setting the UCD Overflow 2 Timer:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 349):
4) Enter 06-01-XX-09 (where XX represents the UCD group: 01~24).
5) Press save to display the Overflow 2 Timer screen for the specified UCD group.
6) Press chg.
7) Enter the number of seconds you want a call to remain in the queue after the overflow 1 timer has
expired. When this occurs, the system routes the queued call to the overflow 2 destination.
• Valid options are 0 to 255 seconds.
• The default is 0.
8) Press save to store the setting.
9) Press next to display the UCD Overflow 2 Destination screen (now to go step 6 “Setting the UCD
Overflow 2 Destination:” below).
