Programming UCDs via the DET (continued)
Setting the UCD Overflow 1 Timer:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 349):
4) Enter 06-01-XX-07 (where XX represents the UCD group: 01~24).
5) Press save to display the Overflow 1 Timer screen for the specified UCD group.
6) Press chg.
7) Enter the number of seconds you want you want a call to remain in the queue before the system routes it
to the overflow 1 destination.
• Valid options are 0 to 255 seconds.
• The default is 0.
8) Press save to store the setting.
9) Press next to display the UCD Overflow 1 Destination screen (now to go step 6 in “Setting the UCD
Overflow 1 Destination:” below).

If you want to set the Overflow 1 Timer for other UCD groups, press the volume Up
button to return to the DB Item Selection screen, and repeat the steps in this section.
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.

Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
Setting the UCD Overflow 1 Destination:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 349):
4) Enter 06-01-XX-08 (where XX represents the UCD group: 01~24).
5) Press save to display the Overflow 1 Destination screen for the specified UCD group.
6) Press chg.
7) Enter the UCD directory number where you want the system to send the queued caller when the overflow
1 timer has expired, then press save.
• Valid options include any valid extension or UCD directory number.
• The default is NULL.
• If the destination is a third-party RAD device that is connected to a DX-80 analog port, enter that port
number here. If the destination is the DX-80 optional integrated voice mail, enter extension number
433.
8) Press save to store the setting.
