Setting the Current Day Mode - Answer Position:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 303):
4) Enter 03-46-08-XX-01 (where XX represents the tenant group for which you want to set
the Day Mode: 1~3).
5) Press save to display the current Day Mode screen.
6) Press chg.
7) Enter the appropriate directory number (extension, UCD group, or virtual number) to which you want the
system to route callers when they cannot be routed automatically.
• The default is extension 101.
8) Press save to store the setting.
9) Press next to display the current ALT (alternate) Mode - Answer Position screen (now go to step 6 in
“Setting the Current Alternate Mode - Answer Position:” below).
OR
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
OR
Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
Setting the Current Alternate Mode - Answer Position:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 303):
4) Enter 03-46-08-XX-02 (where XX represents the tenant group for which you want to set
the ALT Mode: 1~3).
5) Press save to display the ALT Mode screen.
6) Press chg.
7) Enter the appropriate directory number (extension, UCD group, Virtual Number) to which want the system
to route callers when they cannot be routed automatically.
• The default is extension 101.
8) Press save to store the setting.
9) Press next to display the current EVE (evening) Mode - Answer Position for the tenant group specified
above now go to step 6 in
“Setting the Current Evening Mode - Answer Position:” below).
OR
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
OR
Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
