BASIC CALL HANDLING PROGRAMMING TASKS DX-120 Programming Manual
- 302 -
DISA Code
A key callers can use to access to any DX-120 system resource
(e.g., extensions, CO lines, etc.).
• Valid options are 0-9, *, #, or None (i.e., callers don't get the option
to access resources).
See IMPORTANT! note below.
• The default is 9.
No DIR#
The desired directory number (e.g., 3:802) for which you want to set
Automated Attendant settings.
Auto Att Line*
Yes ( ) if you want the automated attendant to answer this CO
line.
OR
No ( ) if you do not want the AA to answer this CO line, make
sure the box is blank.
• The default is no (blank).
Service*
The time during which you want the AA to answer this CO line.
• Valid options are Always, Never, Day, and Eve.
• The default is Never.
NOTE
• If you set the Auto Att Line field to N, the system does not
use AA for this CO line regardless of what you enter in
the Service field.
• Similarly, if you turn on AA for a CO line but set the
service to Never, the system does not use AA for that CO
line.
Day
The daytime answer position you want to use for each tenant group
(1 to 3). This answer position is the DX-120 system directory num-
ber (extension, UCD group, or virtual number) to which you want the
system to route callers when they cannot be routed automatically.
• Acceptable entries include any valid directory number.
• The default is extension 101.
* Use this method when assigning other CO line directory numbers to the AA.
IMPORTANT!
The system will not allow you to assign the same digit to more than one
function.
Therefore, determine what digits you want to use for the inquiry
code and DISA code when assigning the waiting code.
