Setting Hold Abandon Time Interval via PC-DBA (continued)
1) Go to ProgrammingXCall HandlingXTiming to display the Call Handling—Timing screen.
In the Hold Abandon field at the top center of the screen:
2) Select the length of time that you want the system to wait before abandoning a call on hold after detecting
a drop in loop current.
• Valid options are between 50 and 1000 milliseconds, in intervals of 50 (50, 100, 150, 200, etc.).
• The default is 600 milliseconds.
When you are finished:
3) Click the Update button to store the settings into the database on the local disk.
4) Click the Close button to exit the current screen and return to the PC-DBA main screen.
When you have finished all programming changes:
5) Perform a SEND to copy the database changes to the DX-120 switch system memory.
