Programming Auto Redial (continued)
PROGRAMMING AUTO REDIAL VIA THE DET
NOTE
• chg, bksp, save, one, always, del, and ack are interactive LCD button operations.
Use the three buttons below the LCD display to activate the associated operation.
• You can press Hold at any time to return to the previous level or press the volume
buttons to return to the main DB selection screen.
1) Enter Database Administration (see page 26) using the feature code Feature # * to display the password
prompt.
2) Enter the DB Admin password (see page 27).
3) Press show to display the DB Item Select screen.
4) Enter 03-32.
5) Press save to advance to the Automatic Redial screen.
6) Press next to display each Automatic Redial screen (see information in the following sections for setting
the Automatic Redial).
OR
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
OR
Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
Setting the Number of Attempts:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 above):
4) Enter 03-32-01.
5) Press save to advance to the Attempts screen.
6) Press chg to set the number of times you want to allow the system to try re-dialing the number.
• Valid options include 0, 1, and 2.
• If you want to disable redial, select 0.
• The default is 2.
7) Press next to advance to the Interval field (now go to step 6 in “Setting the Intervals:” below).
OR
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
OR
Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
