Setting Up Transfer Recalls for Idle and Busy Extensions via PC-DBA (continued)
In the XFR B (Busy) and XFR I (Idle) Recall fields on the right side of the screen:
2) Enter/select the information in the fields as described below:
When you are finished:
3) Click the Update button to store the settings into the database on the local disk.
4) Click the Close button to exit the current screen and return to the PC-DBA main screen.
When you have finished all programming changes:
5) Perform a SEND to copy the database changes to the DX-120 switch system memory.

IN THIS FIELD... SELECT...
XFR_B Recall
The length of time that you want the system to ring a busy extension
before pulling the call back.
Valid options include 16, 30, 60, 90, and 120 seconds.
The default is 60 seconds.
XFR_I Recall
The length of time that you want the system to ring an idle extension
before pulling the call back.
Valid options include 16, 30, 60, 90, and 120 seconds.
The default is 30 seconds.
