Programming for an ISDN (T1/PRI) Card via the DET (continued)
Setting the Prefix:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 167):
4) Enter 07-04-04.
5) Press save to display the Prefix screen.
6) Press show to display the current setting.
• If you want to leave the current setting as is, skip to step 9.
7) Press chg.
8) Enter the appropriate prefix (using digits 0-9).
9) Press save to store the setting.
10) Press next to display the Send Mode screen (now go to step 6 in “Using the Enblock Send Mode Setting:”
below).
OR
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
OR
Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
Using the Enblock Send Mode Setting:
From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 167):
4) Enter 07-04-05.
5) Press save to display the Send Mode screen.
IMPORTANT!
The ENBLOCK setting must always be used in the U.S.
You can press chg to change the setting, but ENBLOCK (i.e., the default) is the
selection that MUST be used in the US.
6) Press next to display Clock Mode screen (now go to step 6 in “Setting the Clock Mode:” below).
OR
Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.
OR
Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
