Programming for an ISDN (T1/PRI) Card via PC-DBA (continued)
3) Enter the information in the fields as described below.
When you are finished:
4) Click the Update button to store the settings into the database on the local disk.
5) Click the Close button to exit the current screen and return to the PC-DBA main screen.
6) Go to the T1 Screen (ProgrammingXC.O. Line ApplicationXT1 Card).

7) Make sure the Frame type is set to SF.
8) Make sure the EN Code is set to B8ZS.
9) Make T1 Padding settings, as needed.
When all settings are complete:
10) Click the Update button to store the settings into the database on the local disk.
11) Click the Close button to exit the current screen and return to the PC-DBA main screen.
When you have finished all programming changes:
12) Perform a SEND to copy the database changes to the DX-120 switch system memory.

Calling/Answering Party
Number*
• Site Number
- The site number defines the numbers to be sent to the Digital
Network as the Calling /Answering Party Number for the digital
trunk. Twelve digits (0~9) can be programmed in this field.
- Default is “None”.
•Prefix
- “Prefix” number will be used for composing the Calling /
Answering Party Number works in conjunction with Alternate
Line IDs (see “Setting Up Alternate Line IDs (ALI) - for
Systems with ISDN (T1/PRI) Installation Only” on page 177).
- Twelve digits (0~9) can be programmed in this field.
- Default is “None”.
