broilburnerpreheatforabout5minuteswiththedoorclosed.
• Placethefoodtobecookedabovethebroilingpan.
• Introducethebroilingpanintheoven(g.2.6).Thebroilingpanshouldbeplaced
abovetheshelfanditshouldbecenteredwiththebroilburner(g.2.5).
Donotbroilwithoutusingthebroilingpan.
